What families ask us
Will my parent feel watched?+
Glimoo is set up as their own assistant. They see every alert first, choose what the family can see, and can pause sharing at any time.
Does Glimoo listen to all of their calls?+
No. Only unknown or unanswered calls go to Glimoo. Saved contacts ring straight through, and screening audio is deleted after it’s checked.
Can Glimoo move or block money?+
The bank link is read-only. A payment can only be paused when your parent’s bank or credit union partners with Glimoo.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Some features go further on Android because Apple limits what apps can read. On iPhone, call screening and message checks still work.
Is it 100% safe?+
No service can promise that. Glimoo makes scams much harder and makes sure the family knows quickly when something looks wrong.
